    Instead this book is about gut health, eating less sugar and small fixes. I'm sure these are all good ideas (although the science doesn't always back them up) but I have much doubt that this will dramatically improve your memory, productivity and sleep as described.

Your household cleaners are killing you, apparently. You've got a leaky brain and are living in a sea of electromagnetic pollution.

    1.5 stars--there's some good ideas to implement hear, but the claims are overblown and I'm not going to find happiness living this lifestyle.
