    I have been trying to eat more whole foods and more natural, less-processed foods for a little while now, so this book is perfect for someone like me. It explains what to look for on labels in the grocery store, and that the most natural whole foods are on the perimeter of the grocery stores. I already knew about the health benefits of eating less processed foods, but I love how this book really helps you start eating clean. This book not only goes over what makes a food "Dirty", but it gives you the information so you can choose "clean" foods and make better choices for what you eat.

    I am also impressed that this book gives a 4 week meal plan, with the recipes and shopping lists. It makes it easy to have what you need on hand, and the recipes can be increased for larger families, or decreased for smaller families . They suggest when you are getting started, to go through your pantry and donate the non-clean foods to food pantries so you have room for the clean foods from your grocery lists.

    This book also talks about buying your produce from local farmers markets. I like that they explain how that helps you get better quality foods, helping the local economy and helping the local farmers. Just a great all around book, but if you already eat clean foods, this may not be the book for you, unless you buy it for the recipes and shopping lists.

    I love the type of cookbooks which give meal plans. The design seems to choose food for me everyday, which has saved a lot of my time! :D

    This book is filled with great recipes and health recommendations. Although the author offers a full menu for four weeks, I find it difficult to stick to the regiment because of my busy work and family schedule. If I was cooking only for myself; I think I could do it. Nevertheless, this is a complete book for healthy eating and definitely worth reading.

    The meal plan is unrealistic but the recipes look great. A loose guide, rather than an actual meal plan.
